Preparing for a Sports Centennial

Back in 1933, when this photo was taken and players were mandated to pull their shorts up to their ears, the SAIT men's basketball team was called the Tech-Bombers. In honour of SAIT's upcoming 100-year anniversary in 2016, SAIT's department of Athletics and Recreation is collecting heritage gems like this photo, as well as stories, artifacts, uniforms/jerseys, team gear, medals, game programs and/or merchandise to build an archive of sports history at SAIT.
